    The Mission of the Course

    This class will overview and discuss the theories on money demand, the management and trasmission of the monetary policy. It will pay special care to the monetary institutions of the European Monetary Union. Students will understand and analyse the evolution of modern monetary systems and of monetary policies in the EU and the USA.
